Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
STILL / MOTION is an image-to-video service operated by the operator identified below. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the website, connect a Google account, add balance, or create a film.
2. Google account information
With your authorization, we request only the openid and email scopes. We receive your Google account identifier and verified email address to sign you in, link your device account, and restore access to your balance, orders, and films across devices. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or calendars. Google account data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train machine learning models. OAuth access tokens are used during the sign-in exchange and are not stored in our account database.
3. Product analytics
We collect page views and predefined actions to improve the service, along with country, language and referring hostname. We do not record full IP addresses, uploaded media, prompts, card details or session replays for analytics. Usage events are associated with a device account and, when linked, your Google account so the operator can understand visits, button clicks and top-ups. We retain these records for ongoing service analytics until deletion is requested or the service ends. Login history and confirmed payment records are also retained for account operations. You may disable analytics below or use Do Not Track.
4. Device cookies and language preferences
A first-party HttpOnly cookie identifies your browser session for up to one year. We store a hash of its random token on the server. Clearing this cookie can remove access to an account that has not been linked to Google. A local browser setting remembers your selected language. We do not use device fingerprinting or advertising trackers. The initial language uses the country information provided by the hosting network from your IP address, with browser language as a fallback.
5. Images, directions, and generated videos
We store the images you upload, movement descriptions, requested duration, task status, and generated films to provide the service. Uploaded images and directions are transferred from site cloud storage to the operator’s local ComfyUI computer for rendering. Original input and output files may remain on that computer. Your films are restricted to your account and are not automatically published. We do not use uploaded material or generated films to train models.
6. Payments
Stripe processes payment card information on its hosted checkout page. Our service stores order and payment identifiers, purchased amounts, payment and refund status, and your balance. It does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Google sign-in is required before adding balance to support account recovery across devices.
7. Service providers and disclosure
The site runs on Sites hosting infrastructure using Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 for application processing, database records, and private file storage. Google handles account authentication and Stripe handles payments. The operator’s local computer processes rendering jobs. We share the information necessary for these functions with these providers. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service. Processing can take place outside your country depending on provider infrastructure and the operator’s computer location.
8. Security and request logs
The public service uses HTTPS and checks account ownership before serving films. Session tokens are stored as hashes. Short-lived IP address hashes and request counts are used for rate limiting; the application does not retain raw IP addresses in its account database. Hosting and payment providers may process network and security logs under their own policies. Access to your browser session, Google account, or the operator’s node credentials can affect the security of your data.
9. Retention and deletion
Account and creative content are retained while your account and content remain in the service, until you request deletion or the service ends. Deletion requests cover both cloud copies and the operator’s local processing copies. Records needed for billing, legal obligations, dispute handling, or fraud prevention may be retained as required. Time-limited OAuth sign-in state expires after ten minutes. You can remove Google access in your Google Account settings; this stops future authorization but does not itself delete records already held by this service.
10. Your choices and requests
Contact us using the email below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, account closure, or information about processing. Include your account email or a relevant order identifier; do not send passwords, API keys, or full card details. We may verify account ownership before acting. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law. You can manage cookies in your browser and choose whether to connect Google.
11. Age and policy updates
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not submit personal information or images of children for prohibited purposes. Updates to this policy will be published at this same address with a revised effective date. Contact the operator below with privacy questions.

2. Google 登录信息
经你授权，我们仅请求 openid 和 email 范围，获取 Google 用户标识和已验证邮箱，用于登录、绑定当前设备账户，并在不同设备间找回余额、订单与影片。我们不请求 Gmail、Google Drive、联系人或日历权限；不出售 Google 账户数据，不将其用于广告或机器学习模型训练。OAuth 访问令牌仅在登录交换中使用，不保存在本站账户数据库中。
3. 产品使用统计

4. 设备 Cookie 与语言偏好
我们使用有效期最长一年的第一方 HttpOnly Cookie 识别浏览器会话，服务器仅存储随机令牌的哈希。清除 Cookie 可能导致未绑定 Google 的账户无法找回。浏览器本地设置用于记住你选择的语言。我们不使用设备指纹或广告追踪器。初始语言根据托管网络提供的 IP 国家信息选择，无法匹配时参考浏览器语言。
5. 图片、动作描述与生成影片
为完成生成，我们保存你上传的图片、动作描述、所选时长、任务状态和生成影片。图片与提示词会从站点云存储传输到运营方的本地 ComfyUI 电脑进行处理；原始输入与输出可能保留在该电脑上。影片按账户鉴权访问，不会自动公开。我们不使用你上传的素材或生成影片训练模型。
6. 支付信息
Stripe 在其托管收银台处理银行卡资料。本站保存订单和支付标识、充值金额、支付与退款状态以及账户余额，不接收或保存完整卡号和银行卡安全码。为便于跨设备找回账户，充值前需要绑定 Google。
7. 服务商与信息披露
网站使用 Sites 托管基础设施，应用、数据库和私有文件存储分别由 Cloudflare Workers、D1 和 R2 提供；Google 提供登录认证，Stripe 处理支付，运营方本地电脑执行生成任务。我们为这些功能向相应服务商提供必要信息。法律要求、调查滥用或保护服务时，也可能披露必要信息。根据服务商基础设施与运营方电脑所在地，数据可能在你所在国家或地区之外处理。
8. 安全与请求记录
公开服务使用 HTTPS，影片访问需要验证账户归属，会话令牌以哈希形式保存。为限制滥用，应用短期保存 IP 哈希与请求计数，不在账户数据库中保存原始 IP。托管和支付服务商可能依据自身政策处理网络与安全日志。浏览器会话、Google 账户或本地节点凭证的泄露可能影响数据安全。
9. 保留期限与删除
账户与创作内容保留至你提出删除申请或服务终止。删除申请涵盖云端副本及运营方本地处理副本；账单、法定义务、争议处理或防欺诈需要的记录，可能按适用要求继续保留。OAuth 临时登录状态十分钟后失效。你可在 Google 账户设置中撤销授权；撤销会阻止后续授权，但不会自动删除本站已保存的记录。
10. 你的选择与信息请求
你可以通过下方邮箱申请访问、更正或删除信息、关闭账户，或询问数据处理情况。请提供账户邮箱或相关订单标识；不要发送密码、API 密钥或完整银行卡信息。处理请求前，我们可能核实账户归属。你享有的权利与回复要求以适用法律为准。你也可以在浏览器管理 Cookie，并自主选择是否绑定 Google。
11. 年龄要求与政策更新
本服务面向年满 18 岁的成年人。不得提交用于违法用途的儿童信息或影像。政策更新将在本网址公布并标注新的生效日期。隐私相关问题请联系下方运营方。
