Terms of Service
1. Service and account
STILL / MOTION creates a video from your text description or an uploaded reference image and your direction. The service is operated by the operator below. You must be at least 18. A device cookie provides account access; connecting Google enables cross-device access. Protect your browser session and Google account. Google must be linked before adding paid balance.
2. Price and checkout
The price is USD $0.01 per requested second. Each film is between 5 and 10 seconds, costing $0.05–$0.10. Stripe processes prepaid balance purchases of $1, $2, $5, or $10. There is no subscription and balance has no scheduled expiry. The server confirms payment before crediting balance; returning from checkout alone does not add funds.
3. Generation and failure credits
The film cost is deducted when a generation task is accepted. Failed or timed-out jobs return their generation cost to site balance once the task state is reconciled. Queue and render time depend on the local rendering computer, connectivity, and workload. The default render timeout is 45 minutes; queue timeout is 24 hours. Timeout reconciliation occurs on subsequent site or node activity. Completed generation fees are not automatically refunded.
4. Refund requests
Contact the support email below for billing or quality issues and to request a refund of unused balance. The operator processes approved payment refunds through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe payment refunds reduce site balance accordingly. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Your materials and permitted use
You must have the necessary rights and consent for images, likenesses, and requested content. You grant permission to process your materials to provide the requested service; this does not transfer your existing ownership rights. Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. Do not bypass payment or security controls. Abuse may result in access being restricted.
6. Results and availability
Results vary. Exact prompt adherence, subject identity consistency, and suitability for a particular use are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing a film before publishing or using it. The service does not clear third-party intellectual property or likeness rights for you. Service availability depends on the hosting providers and the operator’s local computer.
7. Privacy, changes, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains how account data and creative materials are handled. Updates to these terms will be published at this address with an updated effective date. Contact the operator below about service, billing, account access, or complaints.

1. 服务与账户
STILL / MOTION 根据文字描述或参考图片与动作描述生成影片，由下方所列运营方提供。你须年满 18 岁。设备 Cookie 用于账户访问，绑定 Google 后可跨设备访问。请保护浏览器会话和 Google 账户；充值前须绑定 Google。
2. 价格与支付
价格为每所选秒数 0.01 美元，单条影片可选 5–10 秒，费用为 0.05–0.10 美元。Stripe 处理 1、2、5 或 10 美元的余额充值。无订阅，余额不设预定失效日期。服务器确认支付后才会入账，单纯从收银台返回不代表余额已增加。
3. 生成与失败退回余额
任务被接受时扣除生成费用；任务失败或超时后，在状态清算时将对应费用退回站内余额。排队与生成时间取决于本地电脑、网络和任务负载。默认生成超时为 45 分钟，排队超时为 24 小时；后续网站或节点活动会触发超时清算。已完成任务的费用不会自动退回。
4. 退款申请
账单、质量问题及未使用余额退款，请联系下方支持邮箱。经批准的支付退款由运营方通过 Stripe 退回原支付渠道，站内余额同步扣回相应金额。适用法律赋予你的消费者权利不受影响。
5. 素材权利与允许用途
你必须拥有图片、肖像及请求内容所需的使用权和授权。你允许我们为提供请求服务处理素材，但不因此转让你原有的所有权。禁止涉及未成年人的色情内容、未经同意的私密影像、违法内容、欺诈、冒用身份和侵犯他人权利的内容。不得绕过支付或安全机制；滥用可能导致访问受限。
6. 生成结果与可用性
生成结果具有不确定性，不保证完全匹配提示词、保持人物一致性或适合特定用途。发布或使用前，请自行检查影片。服务不代你清理第三方知识产权或肖像权。服务可用性取决于托管服务商和运营方本地电脑。
7. 隐私、更新与联系
隐私政策说明账户数据与创作素材的处理方式。条款更新将在本网址公布并标注新的生效日期。服务、账单、账户访问或投诉问题，请联系下方运营方。
